~ Electric lift of 4500# hoist with 1 HP motor (can increase capacity if necessary)
~ Private fish cleaning station located at the end of pier, for slip tenants
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Annual: 1 Payment ~ $2520 ($210/mo)
Semi Annual: 2 Payments ~ $1320 ea. ($220/mo)
Quarterly: 4 Payments ~ $690 ea. ($230/mo)
LATE FEE of $25 applies to payments received 5 days after the due date and additional $5 per day after the 6th day.
